A FOREIGN AFFAIRS BUDGET FOR THE FUTURE
The American Academy of Diplomacy has released a ground-breaking study that proposes specific budget increases needed to restore the country's "hollowed out" diplomatic capacity and meet twenty-first century foreign affairs challenges. The summary version of the report is at: www.academyofdiplomacy.org/publications/FAB_report_2008.pdf.
Supplemental commentary and data are available on the Academy's web site: www.academyofdiplomacy.org/.
