Application of stone needle ironing therapy in a patient with abdominal distension after surgery for lumbar spinal stenosis (砭石熨摩疗法缓解1例腰椎管狭窄术后患者腹胀的护理体会)

Abstract

This article summarized the treatment effect of stone needle ironing therapy and nursing for a patient with abdominal distension after surgery for lumbar spinal. Based on the comprehensive evaluation of postoperative abdominal distension and syndrome differentiation, the stone needle ironing therapy was carried out to relieve the clinical symptoms of abdominal distension after surgery for lumbar spinal. (本文总结砭石熨摩疗法缓解1例腰椎管狭窄术后患者腹胀的护理经验。护理人员科学评估患者腹胀程度, 基于辨证分型, 在常规护理的基础开展砭石熨摩疗法, 有效缓解患者术后腹胀症状。)
