The Effect of Leadership and Motivation on Employee Performance at PT Kusuma Dipa Nugroho Mojokerto
Abstract
This study aimed to determine the influence of leadership and motivation on employee performance at PT Kusuma Dipa Nugroho Mojokerto. The type of research used was survey research. The sampling method was purposive sampling, with a sample of 31 respondents. The data collection techniques used were Interview, Direct Observation, and questionnaire—quantitative analysis using Multiple Linear Regression techniques, t-test, and ANOVA (F test). The study's results indicate a significant influence between leadership and motivation simultaneously on employee performance. The results of the study also showed a significant influence between leadership and motivation partially on employee performance. In conclusion, there was a positive and significant influence between leadership and motivation simultaneously and partially on employee performance at PT Kusuma Dipa Nugroho Mojokerto. Leadership and motivation are two key factors that need to be considered; the results of this study have confirmed that if leadership and employee motivation are good, it will impact employee performance in the company. For further research was recommended to be carried out on a wider location and sample to strengthen the generalizability of the study findings.
