First record of Corythauma ayyari (Drake) (Heteroptera: Tingidae) in Monaco

The first record of Corythauma ayyari for Monaco is reported. Information on the known distribution of the species, especially in the Mediterranean Region, is summarized. Jasminum azoricum is reported as a new host plant of C. ayyari.
