This article describes the privatization development of education as result of a capitalist model of appropriation of immaterial work and of common goods (relations, feelings and knowledge) which isreferred to as cognitive capitalism. These changes also concern the dynamics of the market since the market is now the whole society. But the conflict that this process generates has led to the production ofantagonistic practices in education.
