International organizations and their role on the subject of international public law
Abstract
The paper seeks to present all the essential elements and characteristics of international organizations as one of the most important factors of contemporary international law. Also, the paper seeks to point out the great role that these organizations play in the entire international community today and to present their role and involvement in solving many of the international problems and challenges that the world faces. Their concept, presence, role and development in the international world have a very important impact on the future of the entire international community. The very legal personality of international organizations under international public law testifies to their great importance. Through the analysis of the concept of international organizations and their role in international public law, we can conclude that today they are certainly "a phenomenon of modern times" without which it would be difficult to shape the fate of the world.
