This article discusses the teaching of Argentina’s recent past, considering the historical time as the main dimension. It analyzes the foundations of contents and maps of temporality that advanced students made in practical work during the course of History Didactics in the Faculty of Humanities and Science of the University of Littoral. The objective is to determine if the arguments about the teaching of Argentinean Recent History are consistent with the materials used to teach the recent temporality.The results of this research, which recovered speeches and production of advanced students, are placed as a possible response to the challenge of teaching HRA and working with its temporal dimension. Also intends to be a contribution to research on the formation of the Professor of History at the University.
